Mar 24, 2018 | 3:28 PM

Treacherous road conditions kept Saskatchewan RCMP busy Friday, leading to a response to 74 incidents in under 12 hours.

Only minor injuries were reported, despite three notable incidents.

A multi-vehicle collision on Ring Road in Regina between Wascana Parkway and Albert Street tied up traffic for a few hours. On Highway 4 near Macklin, a semi jack-knifed and blocked the road for several hours. Also, Highway 1 by White City was temporarily blocked by a jackknifed semi, though the area was quickly cleared.

The snow may have stopped falling but roads are still icy and RCMP are reminding drivers to check the Highway Hotline before venturing out on the road.
