Mintos lose opener at Mac’s

The Prince Albert Mintos stumbled in their start at the Mac’s Midget AAA hockey tournament in Calgary.

The Mintos lost 2-0 on Tuesday to the New York Jr Islanders. The Mintos are back in action Wednesday morning versus the Lethbridge AAA Hurricanes.

The puck drops at 10a.m. local time.

The Prince Albert Northern Bears are also in action on Wednesday.  They play their first game of the tournament at 1030a.m. (local time) versus Delta Academy Prep.
