Ex-Raider Gennaro delivers the dagger late against his former team
Matteo Gennaro has a knack of scoring against the team that drafted him, the Prince Albert Raiders, but he may have saved his best performance on Tuesday.
Gennaro scored with just 21 seconds left in regulation to break the deadlock and give his Swift Current Broncos (23-7-2-0) the 2-1 regulation win over the Raiders (12-13-5-2).

Gennaro, the overager originally drafted 41st overall by the Raiders in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft, has been a thorn in the Raiders’ side in the three games he’s played against them.
