P.A. man charged with 2 deaths near Colonsay

A Prince Albert man who police said was impaired has been charged following a fatal highway collision.
Saskatoon RCMP charged a man related to an incident from Oct. 25 of 2016 on Highway 2 east of Colonsay. David Deagnon, 31, of Prince Albert, was arrested this morning and charged multiple offences including two counts of driving while impaired by drugs causing death and 2 counts of criminal negligence causing death,
Deagnon will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court this morning.
