Debbie states they assist a lot of clients that have been informed by their financial institution that they did not qualify for a mortgage but are not sure why.

“We council every person that comes in to figure out why they can’t currently qualify and what they need to do to purchase their own home in the future she said. “We take that extra step and we have had great success because most people really take it to heart and work at it and we usually see them back when they are ready.”
