Classes resume for Carlton Comprehensive High School students
Yesterday marked the beginning of the end for senior year students at Prince Albert’s Carlton Comprehensive High School, the largest high school in the province.
Grade 9 to 12 students were welcomed to first day of classes with encouraging words stamped on their lockers. Some sticky notes read, “we are lucky to have you,” and “welcome home.”
Soon-to-be graduating student Nicholas Waditaka, who has been attending Carlton since Grade 9, said high school has given him the opportunity to explore his interests.
He encourages new students to meet friends by taking advantage of extra-curricular activities offered at school.
