Natural gas flares just scheduled maintenance: SaskEnergy
Jun 20, 2017 | 4:05 PM
If residents east of Prince Albert see a 20-foot flame shooting into the sky, SaskEnergy assures everything is under control.
The crown corporation will be conducting controlled flares of natural gas tomorrow, starting at 5:30 a.m. until roughly 9 a.m. This is all part of scheduled upgrades to the pipeline in the area.
The flare will be visible south of Highway 302 from a 40-foot flare stack temporarily attached to a block-valve in the area.
