Water main leak in PA’s downtown causes road closure

A water main leak is responsible for a restriction on 1st Ave E. Thursday morning.
 
The southbound lane is closed at 13th St E. and a section of the road has been dug up.
 
City crews are currently working on the area.

There is no word on how long the restriction will be in place at this time.
