Kidnapping and murder case adjourned again

There’s been another adjournment in the case of Jonas Budd.

He was not present as the matter came up at La Ronge Provincial Court Monday morning.

Budd is facing a charge of first degree murder and various weapons charges, in connection to an incident that happened last February on the Lac La Ronge First Nation.

Kayla Natomagan was the subject of an amber alert that lasted nearly two hours.  She was later found in Cranberry Portage, Manitoba.
