Mobile flu clinics will be present in Prince Albert’s downtown beginning Friday.

This is the second year the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region’s Access Place staff are set to offer the clinics.

“The primary goal of the mobile clinic is to provide opportunities for individuals who might not otherwise go to a public health clinic,” said Bonnie Fuller, manager of Access Place in a statement. “Anyone will be welcome to come to the van for the influenza vaccine, which will be administered by staff from Access Place.”

A van is scheduled to be in the downtown area on Friday, Oct. 30 from 1-4 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4 from 12-3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 1-4 p.m.
