Fog leads to several crashes around Saskatoon, 1 person taken to hospital
Thick fog blanketing eastern Saskatchewan is still causing problems on highways in and around Saskatoon.
RCMP cautioning people to drive with care on the highways after reports of several collisions on Highway 11, due to poor visibility.
The fog is blamed for a bad crash on Highway 16, east of the city, at the main intersection with Clavet.
“Maybe a hundred yards at tops, of vision of the cars approaching,” said one caller into News Talk 650 CKOM on the crash, which he says involves several vehicles.
