Do you feel lucky? Well, You are lucky! it’s like you have horseshoes stacked around your neck, a rabbit’s foot in every pocket and a whole salad made of four leaf clovers! You are so lucky, so fortunate.

How do I know this? Let me ask you a few questions:

Do you have a comfortable, safe place to sleep tonight?

Do you have a well stocked fridge and pantry?

Do you have the ability to access to medical interventions?

Are you clothed, fed and watered?

Do you have people in your life who love you?

Do you have a job to go to this week?

Do you live in a country that is strong and free?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I was right – you (and I) are so lucky, so fortunate.

But you know what? If you don’t feel lucky, there is no use being lucky.

So this week, smarten up, wake up, lighten up. Remember how blessed you are.  Every time you start your car or your computer or your microwave let that be a cue a trigger for you to think about one or more of your gifts.

If you don’t feel lucky, there is no use being lucky.

Feeling lucky, it’s just one more way you can live Your Life, Unlimited.

On this week’s Your Life, Unlimited radio show I had two inspiring conversations. One with ultra endurance cyclist and author of No Limits, Leah Goldstein who talked to us about creating mental and life motion. Then Heather Plett  shared some important information about the importance of (and how to’s for)  holding space both for others and for ourselves.

It’s worth your time to take a listen!
