Teen remains in a coma following May assault

On May 23 an 18-year old man was found unresponsive by Prince Albert Police in the city’s Midtown area.

Officers were responding to a complaint of a person down in the 400 block of Fifth St. East at around 12:30 a.m.

After an investigation into the incident, a 17-year old man has been charged with aggravated assault and breach of recognizance.

At this point, it’s believed the attack was random.
