Saskatoon police searching for bank robber

Saskatoon police are searching for a suspect after a bank was robbed Saturday afternoon.

A man wearing a hoodie, ball cap, and aviator sunglasses, entered the CIBC on the 300 block of Circle Drive East around 2:30 p.m. He showed a note to staff before leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police officers and the canine unit were called but the suspect wasn’t found.

The man is described as Caucasian, male, approximately five feet, six inches, with a slim build, shaggy brown hair and pock-marked face.
