Will Ballantyne is a traditional country artist from Unity, Sask. He grew up steeped in the old-style country music of Ricky Scaggs, Merle Haggard, Emmylou Harris and many others. Will started playing fiddle at 11 years old and learned mandolin, guitar and bass in the following years.

He performed around the province extensively and started singing regularly around 15 years old.
