P.A. powerlifter finishes strong at nationals

Prince Albert’s Cameron Preymack finished third at the National Powerlifting Championship in St John’s, N.L. this week.

The 19-year-old broke two Saskatchewan records with a deadlift of 511.5 pounds: one record was in junior class and the other was in the open class.

Preymack tore his pectoral muscle, but still managed to finish the competition.
