P.A. archers target win at provincial tournament

Archers with the Timberland Bowbenders are celebrating multiple wins over the weekend.

Six archers from the club competed at the 3D Provincial Indoor Archery Championships in North Battleford on Saturday.

Landyn Vandale set a new provincial record in the Traditional Club Division finishing first, Caden Dunn landed first in the Compound Pre-Club Division, Leigha Dunn came in first as well in the Compound Pewee Division and Kamryn Dumais took second in the Compound Pewee Division.

The team will now prepare for the Indoor Target Provincial Championships and JOP Championships on Mar. 28 and 29 at the Alfred Jenkins Field House.
