Locked homes in North Battleford as RCMP negotiate with distraught man

A roadblock in North Battleford is expanding and people are being told to lock their doors and stay inside.

RCMP are negotiating with a man described as distraught in a home in the city.

Students from nearby Saint Mary School were under lockdown before they were bused to Notre Dame School. Their parents are being told to pick them up.
