One woman taken to hospital after collision

One woman has been taken to the Victoria Hospital with minor injuries following an afternoon collision.

Cst. Brian Glynn said police are currently investigating the crash which happened at 499 15th St E. 

“Preliminary investigation it just seems that the one vehicle that was struck from behind was stopped at the stop light and another vehicle came up behind and obviously the conditions are very icy and the vehicle was struck,” said Glynn.

Glynn reported there were three people in the truck which was hit by the mini-van.

“There’s a husband and a wife and a daughter and right now there just dealing with I don’t know how many other people in the other vehicle,” said Glynn.
