Icicles hang from a Regina home where fire crews battled a blaze that claimed the lives of two people early Tuesday morning.
Regina Fire & Protective Services were called to 1945 Winnipeg Street at 1:47 a.m.
Someone passing by the home had spotted the fire and pulled out a woman and a baby boy. Both were taken to hospital and died as a result of their injuries from the fire.
Deputy fire chief Gerard Kay said an investigator will have to figure out what caused the fire.
