Post New Year’s still busy for Parkland Ambulance

Parkland Ambulance Paramedics continue to have a busy start to the New Year.

On Thursday night at 7:45 p.m. paramedics responded to an assault in the 1700 block of 12th Street East.

A 28-year old man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

At 6:30 p.m. on Thursday paramedics responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of 16th Street and Second Avenue West.

A 43-year old woman with injuries had to be transported to hospital, she was in good condition.

And just after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday paramedics responded to another motor vehicle collision on Highway 2 South just outside city limits.

A 71-year old woman with injuries had to be taken to hospital for further care.
