Christmas Day dinners in full attendance in P.A.
It was a special dinner for those who may not be able to afford a special Christmas dinners this year, or those who are looking for some company on Christmas Day.
Over 2000 people gathered to partake in the special dinner cooked by volunteers in the days before.
“I think its…great I think we’re getting more people this year,” said events communications co-ordinator John Dorian.
Kimberly Johnathan, interm chief of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN) said she is so thankful that the organizers are willing to give back to the community each year during Christmas. Johnathan also feels the FSIN must lead by example.
