Man throws snake in Tim Hortons after demanding diced onions

A customer who wanted diced onions on his sandwich threw a snake behind the counter in an angry fit.
It happened around 7:30 a.m. at the Tim Hortons on 22nd Street West and Avenue F South in Saskatoon.
Staff cleared the room after the non-poisonous snake was thrown. Two men were apparently arguing with the employee about how they wanted their sandwiches prepared before one of the men threw the snake.
No one was hurt. Saskatoon police were able to find the snake and will be finding it a home before it is released into the wild in the spring.
