What’s Happening at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre

Disney’s PETER PAN – A Broadway North Theatre Production will be December 5-13 at 7:30 PM. Opening night is proudly sponsoredc by Holash Logue and McCullagh and the Fall 2014 Advertising Sponsors.

Based on the Disney film and J.M. Barrie’s enchanting play, Disney’s PETER PAN JR. is a modern version of the timeless tale about a boy who wouldn’t grow up. The score includes new arrangements of classic Disney songs, such as “Following the Leader,” “You Can Fly,” “The Second Star to the Right” and “Yo Ho, A Pirate’s Life for Me.”  

Wendy Darling loves to tell stories to her brothers, Michael and John. But when her father announces she must move out of the nursery, Peter Pan comes to visit the children and whisks them away to Never Land. Their adventure introduces them to the Lost Boys, Mermaids and even the infamous pirate, Captain Hook!

Another annual event that puts local performers on stage is Festive Magic.  Every year singers, dancers and instrumentalists from Prince Albert and area help the community celebrate the Christmas Season. This event comes complete with a visit from Santa Claus and a reception of Christmas goodies for everyone in attendance at intermission

Tenore-Christmas with You will be December 21, 7:30 PM, proudly sponsored by KLEEN BEE and the Fall 2014 Advertising Sponsors.

The final concert in the Season brings to the stage Tenore, a trio of powerful tenor voices who have been captivating audiences since they began in 2009. Tenore was formed by Jill Ann Siemens, founder of internationally acclaimed Canadian Tenors. The concert will feature music of the season plus well-known and well-loved songs from classical to pop and everything in between.
