For the second straight game, the Prince Albert Icehawks spotted their opposition a 3-0 lead after the first period.
On Sunday, they gave the Delisle Chiefs that early advantage, on their way to a 6-2 defeat. A day before, they were down 3-0 to the Ochapowace Thunder and eventual lost 5-4.
With Sunday’s loss, the Icehawks are now the last-ranked team in the Prairie Junior Hockey League North Division with a 4-11 record, with the Chiefs two points ahead at 5-12.
The Icehawks will travel to Saskatoon to take on the Westleys on Wednesday before hosting the Traveland RV Storm on Friday.
