New members breathe new life into Winter Festival
The Prince Albert Winter Festival may reach its 51st year after all — on the shoulders of 15 new people.
Last week, it was announced during a meeting that, due to low interest in volunteering, the Winter Festival could possibly be canceled.
Following another meeting on Monday, that situation has gone from dire to bright with renewed interest and some powerful opinions from members.
More than 30 people sat at the Margo Fournier Center and decided it was time to bring in some new people and fresh ideas.
