Letters to Santa prepare to fly to the North Pole
Children were able to enjoy milk and cookies as they wrote their letters to Santa at the John M. Cuelenaere Public Library on Saturday.
“It’s a really good program that Canada Post has and we thought the kids would like sending the letters and getting a reply too,” said Maxine Remy with the library. “Get everyone in the mood for Christmas.”
Remy said this is the first time the library is participating in the program and said the children seemed to be enjoying it.
Daxton Gagnon, 5, said he hopes Santa will get his list, which he said included “a dinosaur then alien then something else.”
