Police search area ID’d by psychic with tips in Keepness case

The search for Tamra Keepness took a supernatural turn this week after police got a tip from psychic mediums about a location northeast of Regina.

The mediums were out with an APTN crew on Wednesday along a grid road where there are clusters of trees on the otherwise open prairie. 

Strips of cloth are tied to trees in those clusters. The fabric and ribbons are in a variety of colours — white, red, blue and yellow — and are said to be prayer flags.

News Talk Radio spoke to one of the mediums who found the spot. She described feeling a pull when she was there– and saw what she thought to be a shallow grave.

News Talk Radio reporters visited the area identified by the medium and did not see anything resembling a grave.

Neighbours say police visited the area and talked to the landowner for several hours on Wednesday night.

Regina police say officers found nothing of substance.
