Due to popular demand, the Business Case Boot Camp workshop is back! Thanks to a very successful workshop in Regina, we have added an additional date in Prince Albert for anyone interested to attend.

This workshop was created to help health care professionals and those in the health care field understand the basics of business case preparation.  It is particularly geared to participants who have little or no experience in preparing business cases.  Participants will learn how to design, develop, and write a strong business case that will help showcase their innovative ideas, quality initiatives, or requests for funding.

This is a hands-on workshop.  Participants can come prepared to work on a real-life actual business case idea or topic throughout the day, relevant to their work. Your are welcome to bring laptops and tablet technology to work through the business case.

This practical experience will benefit health care leaders at all levels in our health care system.
