Visitor restrictions are now in effect for the Lakeland Trail unit at Herb Bassett Home in Prince Albert.
The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region declared an outbreak of a respiratory illness at the long-term care home after eight residents fell ill.
No staff members have reported symptoms.
The PAPHR is running lab tests to determine the cause of the illness.
They are asking visitors to reschedule their visits until the outbreak is over.
