Missing man Ronald Kay last seen at Nov. 10th Rider game

It's been two weeks since anyone has seen 32-year-old Ronald Kay, and police in Regina have now asked for the public's help in locating him.

Kay was last seen wearing a black jacket with blue jeans and grey bunny hug at a Roughriders game on November 10th.

Police said he has crooked teeth, brown eyes and often speaks with a stutter. He does not have a cell phone or a vehicle.
