VIDEO: Parkland Ambulance unveils renovations

The Parkland Ambulance facility on Second Avenue West is only weeks away from having the final touches put on its renovations.
The construction company began construction last winter and has been working on hard on updating the home to several emergency vehicles and workers.
Lyle Karasiuk with Parkland Ambulance said this location is now more “home-like”, which is important when employees are on 12-hour shifts and working holidays.
Some of the improvements include a ramp to entrance way, larger garage, upgraded kitchen, a locker room and separate bathrooms for men and women, just to name a few.
