Apr 26, 2013 | 10:17 AM

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal has ruled the government's essential services legislation to be valid, saying the changes do not eliminate the right to strike.

The decision which came down at 9:30 a.m. Friday, effectively overturns a previous ruling that says the legislation is unconstitutional.
