Introduction to the Summer Season of 2012!

Don Wang

We're back! After another school year, the tour guides are back for another summer at the Historical Museum, Diefenbaker House, Rotary Museum of Police and Corrections, and the Evolution of Education Museum! The summer hours are seven days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is a $2.00 admission for adult and $1.00 admission for children in the Historical Museum but all the other museums are free of charge! So come in to the museums and check out the various displays that we have!

We have three tour guides returning from last year; Lana, Don, and Allison. The other nine tour guides are all new and excited to give you tours! This is what they have to say about the Museum!

“It's pretty cool to know all the history in Prince Albert that I never knew about even though I was born here!” – Jade

“This is a good learning experience as well as a chance to give back to community.” – Kelli

“Well, today I met someone who knew Diefenbaker, that was interesting.” – Miguel

“I think it's great to meet the variety of people that come to the Museum.” – Peter

“I think it's important for people to understand how things came to be in order to appreciate the things they are.” – Julie

We are looking forward to seeing you at the museums this summer!
