Manfred Joehnck not guilty of impaired driving

Manfred Joehnck is not guilty of impaired driving.

The former CTV Regina news anchor was charged with impaired driving after rear-ending a motorcycle in northwest Regina last May.

In the trial, Joehnck said he had five or six drinks that morning, before taking his car to the car wash.

As he pulled away from the business, he rear-ended a motorcycle.

On Wednesday, the judge dismissed that charge.

This was the second time Joehnck's been charged with driving under the influence.

Ten years ago, he was fined more than $1100 and lost his licence for a year in a previous incident.
