Scott Manners had an eighth end to forget in this morning's draw at the Tim Horton's Brier in Saskatoon.
The Saskatchewan foursome from the Battlefords fell 9-5 to Yukon/Northwest Territories.
The game was tied after seven ends, but in the eighth skip Jamie Koe blew the game wide open by scoring four. Both rinks would shake hands after a steal by Koe in the ninth end.
The loss drops Saskatchewan to 2-2 going into tonight's draw against Alberta, who were undefeated prior to their afternoon draw with PEI.
