Ronald McDonald visits Prince Albert
Kids have reason to smile across Saskatchewan thanks to the McDonald’s franchise in Prince Albert.
Ronald McDonald himself made an appearance at the McDonald’s on 15 Street East yesterday to meet and greet with families and receive a special gift.
Thanks to the generous contributions of the restaurant’s patrons through the donation boxes, the Saskatchewan Ronald McDonald House received a cheque of more than $3,500.
Ronald personally accepted the gift on behalf of all the people who are helped through the foundation.
He was all joy surrounded by families, balloons of every colour, and music from the live POWER 99fm booth. He laughed, shook hands, gave hugs, and even performed a magic trick or two to a packed house.
