Police roll out new decals
It’s bolder and brighter and designed to make sure people can see the Prince Albert Police Service vehicles.
“It’s more visible, primarily that’s what we’re looking for is a higher visibility at night and they’re a more reflective decal package,” said Sgt. Kelly McLean, media spokesman with Prince Albert police.
A new decaling package for the cars has been unveiled and the word police is bigger and has higher visibility than the old designs. People will really see the full effect at night, McLean said.
The first car with the new look is a 2012 Dodge Charger, the first of four new vehicles that are set to be replaced this year.
