A couple makes their way around the dance floor at the annual Polka Festival, Friday evening.

The ninth annual event kicked off with an expected 300 people in attendance.

The event is expected to sell out tonight with bands Rick Martin Gospel Music, Country Gentlemen Band, Good Time Band and Polkafest Jam Band keeping dancers on their feet.

Tickets are $18 today and Sunday’s pancake breakfast is $7.

There is home-cooked food on site daily.
