Highway 11 traffic rerouted after accident

It could take a little longer to get to the Rider game in Regina if your route involves Highway 11.

A traffic accident about 15 kilometres south of Saskatoon on the southbound side of Highway 11 has created more than three kms of backed up traffic.

News Talk Radio is receiving tips that a Dodge pickup towing a trailer hit the ditch and rolled when it attempted to climb back onto the road.

The damaged truck is now blocking both southbound lanes.

Emergency crews are on the scene and traffic is being rerouted down a southbound gravel road.
