Aug 11, 2011 | 12:22 PM

It can easily be seen on your way out of the Regina International Airport.

The “Regina Gateway” located on Regina Avenue and Lewvan Drive is made up of 17 monoliths. While the project is not yet complete, there have been a lot of opinions.

News Talk Radio asked people what they thought of the project.Peg Odimachuck says it is looking good.

“I think it’s a nice piece of artwork for the stage that it’s at. “

Grant Stewart says the gateway is a good thing for the city but may be a little bright for some people.

“It looks pretty good. I like it. I’m just worried about the stainless steel being a little too shiny at times.”

John Barrett says the art work is unique.

“It’s something different, that’s for sure. It looks like the sunrise or something.”

Once complete the art project will cost $200,000.
