Waskesiu prepares activities for Park Day

National parks across the country are participating in Canada Parks Day and Prince Albert National Park is getting in on the celebration.

This weekend on July 16, Prince Albert National Park is planning a full day of activities in the Waskesiu town site.

The day also means free admission — everyone is welcome to come out.

The day will kick off with a pancake breakfast at 8:30 with events throughout the day and into the afternoon.

As well there’s a full schedule for the rest of the weekend.
