Campers enjoy new Craven campsite

The party is well underway in the Craven Valley at the Craven Country Jamboree.

And campers seem to be OK with a new site for the camping area.

Inside the main gates, the camping area looks very much the same as it has in previous years, even though the site is up on a hill 10 kilometres away.

The campsite has been slowly filling up since Sunday when the gates open. Campers don't seem disgruntled with the change or the process of getting in.

Many season Craven vets, young and old, remember the muddy alternative and prefer the top of the hill. Up to 21 buses will transport those campers back and forth between the concert site into the early hours of the morning.
