ATV related deaths are on the rise in Saskatchewan with five recorded already in 2011.
Kim Hambleton with SGI says the crown insurance company s not looking at changing any laws.
“Our legislation, the all-terrain vehicles act, is as strong as any in Canada,” said Hambleton.
She says rather than change legislation, SGI will be increasing the promotion of the current rules.
Of the five ATV deaths this year, three of those people were not wearing helmets.
