More storms heading toward Saskatchewan

Another summer storm is heading towards Saskatchewan from Alberta.

The system made its way into Central Alberta Thursday, bringing not only strong winds and hail, but three tornadoes that were spotted in areas near Red Deer.

Environment Canada's Dave Carlsen says a large portion of the province will see wild weather Friday.

“From say, Saskatoon down into Regina, and then down in the United States. East of that line, it looks like there’s going to be a warm, moist air mass in place and that jet stream will help promote thunderstorms,” said Carlsen.
