Jury deliberations are underway in a Wisconsin courtroom, where a Regina man is charged in the death of a fellow student.
Jared Britton, 23, is charged in the death Bradley Simon who died of his injuries after crashing a bicycle into a concrete wall after a night of drinking in Menomonie bar last September. It's alleged that Simon was pushed.
According to WQOW News in Eau Claire, Wi., the case was sent to the jury after two hours of closing arguments.
The prosecution said Britton intended to harm to Simon after Simon teased him for not wearing a shirt under his sweatshirt. The defense said Simon was pushed in self-defense.
