Pleas expected in officer’s assault court
Jul 6, 2011 | 3:13 PM
Court proceedings for two Prince Albert police officers have once more been adjourned.
Officers George Nuefeld and Michael Ozar are charged with assault in two separate incidents.
Their court dates have been adjourned six times as defence and prosecution get organized.
It might be the last delay. The officer's defence lawyer Trevor Klassen says he's ready to enter pleas for at least one officer once the prosecution is ready for election.
