Treaties still alive with $5 annuity

Hundreds of First Nations members from around Prince Albert were at the riverbank to celebrate Urban Treaty Day.

People braved the rain to meet with friends and family, enjoy a meal and some music and receive $5 from the government as stipulated in the original treaty documents.
