Cook your meat until it reaches the recommend temperature for the type of meat that you are preparing.
Never leave food sitting out. Keep all of your food cold!

If you are storing your food in a cooler…

  • Keep food in sealed containers to prevent the spread of bacteria into other food.
  • Keep the cooler in shade and out of direct sunlight.
  • Keep food that needs to be stored the
  • coldest directly on the cold packs or ice.
  • Keep your cooler and utensils clean!
