Water main break causes street closure

A major section of the city is closed right now due to a water main break.
Fifteenth Street West between Second and Third Avenue West will be closed while undergoing repair.
Detours are in place for both eastbound and westbound traffic.
The city believes the section should be open again by late afternoon.
